ABOUT ME

I entered the Civil Engineering Field as a Soil & Concrete technician, both on the Construction Site and in the Lab.  After 2 1/2 years I moved on to a Land Development and Municipal Engineering Firm, splitting time inspecting public Improvements and Engineering Design.  Specialties include Site and Grading Design, Drainage, Erosion Control and Permitting.  Soon after becoming a Professional Engineer, my responsibilities expanded to Project Engineer / Project Manager.   I was the Borough Engineer for a Borough in the Philadelphia suburbs, designing and inspecting Public Works projects and reviewing plans and calculations for Land Development projects submitted to the Borough.  With over 20 years of experience, I moved to the Nuclear Industry, as the responsible engineer working on major construction projects involving soil & concrete.  I became the Structures Monitoring Program Owner and Coatings Engineer before accepting an enhanced retirement package.   I am now using my diverse knowledge and experience to provide Engineering and Inspection Services to Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast Area without the costly overhead charges of larger firms.
